Falta transparência
A localização é boa, os funcionários foram atenciosos, camas confortáveis. Minha ressalva foi a acomodação não avisar da quantidade enorme de escadas para chegar no quarto. Para algumas pessoas isso é inviável e poderia ser alertado. Outro ponto é que na reserva nao estava claro que o cafe da manha era à parte. Enfim, bom local, mas precisam de maior transparência para gerar credibilidade.

Outra situação , chegamos do passeio e pedimos para repor água as 18h da tarde para beber nos informaram que não poderíamos apenas no dia seguinte 😳 sugerimos nós buscarmos, não deixaram, falaram que somente no dia seguinte.. ficamos sem água!! Chuveiro ou é quente demais ou gelado! Quando você ajusta ele, chega na temperatura que quer.. começa a esfriar ou esquentar! Bem difícil tomar banho!
