This telatively new hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to the plazas of the historic center of Guadalajara. All of the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The entire hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. I especially appreciated the in-room coffee, the abundant hot water and a great air conditioner.

Been staying here several times and it has improved after each time I have stayed there. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the clean bedding and towels replaced everyday. The hotel seems to be in a area were it may be unsafe at night so Ubers are recommended. During the day many option to eat and dine. The hotel is close to the downtown cathedral and to other important downtown tourist attractions which is a plus. The only issue was with the elevator that was out of services for couple days and made it inconvenient to go up to the 4th floor. The elevator was not serviced immediately on the same day but waited till next day to be serviced. I’ve never used the restaurant so I have no comment. The value for the hotel stay is good and the room is clean so those are the reasons for returning to this centric and convenient hotel.

The hotel itself looks inviting, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of things that I did not like. 1) the elevador sounded like it was going to break down at any time. 2) the walls are paper thin, my neighbors had kids and I could hear them, you can hear the music from a near by bar, I could even hear my neighbors taking a shower 3) the shower head was the worst I’ve ever seen, it sprayed water in all directions except on me, it would take me 3 times the amount of time to shower than normal.
