The only option outside the park without having to travel another hour to the next lodging option. Simple accommodations. Restaurant food was surprisingly good. The best turnovers I have ever had. Cookies are fantastic. Wish I knew how amazing they were before we drove off. Would’ve gotten more to go.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but this quaint place was so charming. Rooms not the biggest but adequate for our one night stay. Lovely and clean and very quiet. Had dinner and breakfast in the dining room. Very good food at reasonable price. Lastly the cookies were the best - so many to choose from. The onsite shop was an added bonus. Would recommend to any traveller.

Very convenient stay for visiting North Rim. Room was clean and food was good. Because this is only place within 45 min of North Rim, lots of rim to rim hiker groups stayed here and left very noisily at 3am each morning as walls are paper thin. It was busy and food service was slow. Don’t come hangry. Cookies were delicious. Would recommend driving another 45 min out and staying in Kanab if you are just visiting Grand Canyon for a day or two - many more options for lodging and food in cute little town

Staff were excellent. Very welcoming. The restaurant food is great. They're very busy so as others say, can be a little slow but very polite and friendly.
The rooms are a bit cramped and had a fusty smell but beds very comfortable. Only one cup in the room so glad we had our water bottles with us. Again, staff very helpful and friendly.

This is a great alternative to staying at North rim main lodge. It’s got a great cabin feel even in the motel rooms. Having the restaurant right on property was great with good food at good price, but service can get a little slow at “rush hour” times. Gift shop is better than the one at North Rim. The drive to north rim is very picturesque and easy to make in about 45 minutes

We loved the location! The gift shop was wonderful! The cookies and turnovers fantastic! We stayed in the hotel and there was a musty mildew smell near ice maker! The restaurant was in need of more staff. Took awhile to get our food!! However we would love to come back!

Very convenient to the Grand Canyon North Rim. Good cookies and nice little store/gift shop/restaurant. Staff was friendly but breakfast service was extremely slow even though they were doing their best.

The perfect place to stay when visiting the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. I reminded me of the small family-owned inns that dotted the Catskills and Adirondacks of NY of my youth.
Still family owned and operated, their service to the client is first class and the staff are well trained, courteous and cheerful.
We will be back!

This is our second time staying here to go to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. It is about an hour away from the entrance so if you’re visiting the canyon for more than a day you might want to stay in the park itself for convenience. We stayed in the hotel section of the Inn & it was great. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it was more than adequate for a night’s stay.

Quaint lodge. Clean and good cookies. Small thing but since no coffee in the room was disappointed you had to pay for coffee in the lodge and cream was bad. Would recommend they provide complimentary coffee to guests. Overall ok experience but sometimes it is the small things.
