Bene ma non benissimo
La struttura è bellissina e con un panorama mozzafiato. La pulizia è buona. Servizio bar e piscina eccellenti. La posizione è ottima e il personale è gentile ma in reception non sono in grado di risolvere neanche il più piccolo problema. Le segnalazioni (giornaliere) per una porta di ingresso che non chiude o un condizionatore che non funziona con temperature di oltre 37 gradi vengono rimandate di giorno in giorno fino alla partenza per poi comunicarti che sei un disturbatore arrogante e che loro "non possono farci niente". A quanto pare non ci sono manutentori ne responsabili con cui interfacciarsi. Stessa sorte per l'addebito delle lenzuola durante il check-in. Non sono valse a niente le osservazioni sul fatto che fossero già comprese nel pernottamento (come indicato sul sito) perche la risposta è sempre la stessa:" non possiamo farci niente, hanno sbagliato nel sito"

Hicimos una reserva de 5 días, el día del check-in nos avisaron que hubo un problema y que por eso teniamos que pasar los primeros dos días en otro alojamiento (Il Borgo dei Pescatori), fuimos y nos encontramos con un alojamiento diferente al que habiamos reservado, pero este no es el problema. Al llegar al alojamiento nuevo nos cobraron EUR 70 por concepto de la mascota, luego cuando llegamos al alojamiento original nos volvieron a cobrar la tasa de mascotas (EUR 50). Informamos de esto a la agencia que nos aseguró que nos reembolsarían los EUR 70 que pagamos inicialmente. Al principio nos dijeron que se haría en la siguiente semana, pasado este plazo hemos vuelto a contactar varias veces y no nos han vuelto a responder. Consideramos esto una estafa.

Pesadilla de hormigas y calor
Apartamento muy básico, No tiene ni horno,ni microondas ni lavadora. AACC solo en el comedor. Habia una plaga de hormigas. Tampoco había papel higienico, ni para poder fregar. Cabe destacar que tiene una buena piscina, pero que cierra a las 7:30 de la tarde.
