Honest Review; my stay at the Versus hotel was 4.5 out of 5. The area is easily accessible for transportation. They offered Breakfast, room service, pool, listening room/saunas/gym, and a dynamic ambience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and beautifully spread. I would suggest the hotel offer non pork protein option(s) for those who do not consume pork. The juice was freshly squeezed and bread freshly baked. The room was beautiful and extremely clean. Room service came everyday to tidy up. The only con was the shower. It’s a single piece of glass separating the shower from the toilet. Due to the leveling and the shower head it causes water to splash to the other side of the glass onto the floor. Which means you would 10/10 have to wipe the floor afterwards. The hotel also does not offer wash cloths. Another issue was the AC Unit which I reported to the staff. The AC Unit is located over the TV and the AC was dripping water. which damaged some of my things.. The maintenance guy came quick to resolve but it did not fix the problem. Due to several plans I had I was unable to be present for the additional visit from the maintenance guy. The onsite cafe was a great option if you don’t have much time to explore outside options. If you appreciate eating healthy this is definitely a must try. Overall, my experience at the versus hotel was great despite the minor inconveniences. I would stay at the property again and recommend it

Hotel was very clean. Common areas were spotless. The rooms were clean as well except they didnt have any standard size wash cloths. All they had in the room was hand towels and dry towels. Other than that it was perfect. David is such a delight and very helpful! Carlos at the front desk was very helpful as well as the staff in the dining area for breakfast. If i come back to Medellin i wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

First of all I had booked a deluxe double room with supposedly city view, instead I was given a room with a rear building in front view! After claiming I was shifted to another room with partial city view at the front hotel left corner. Indeed no room has city view but view from hotel’s sides that is not a panoramic city view of Medellín, but view of the buildings around. It was not be offered what it doesn’t have. Second, there is no cable TV service in any room. They say because the hotel ideal is calmness they don’t offer it! But they do tell you that use your own streaming service! I won’t ever come back there
