Suite à notre réservation par le site hotel.com le responsable de Hotel n’a rien voulu savoir. Il nous a fait payer un autre tarif en prétextant qu’il ne prenait plus les réservations via l’hôtel.com arrivant dans la chambre ou surprise, pas de douche, pas de draps une protection sur le matelas, uniquement des fourmis, au sol, des toiles d’araignées au plafond, propreté, lamentable, mais n’ayant pas de possibilité, d’aller ailleurs, nous sommes obligés de rester sur place…accueil lamentable… je déconseille fortement
