I slept on the street, hotels.com didn't care
Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street. I talked with 5-6 agents and nobody cared about that and my safety. The worst agent and was the supervisor, s/he just wasted my time, it has been the most uncomfortable conversation I had. And the worst night I ever had in a foreign country in the middle of nowhere. I will cancel all my bookings (more than 40), I won't use @hotelsdotcom any more, I will discourage people using @hotelsdotcom and I will spread the horrific service of @hotelsdotcom in all the medias for years
