The property was beautiful and the staff generally nice although some of the staff were inexperienced and did not know what they were talking about. There was poor service from one lady in room service and one guy from from their staff help on their WhatsApp messaging. This stands out considering their very high nightly rates- standards need to be high. But these overall were minor issues. Hotel is in a beautiful beachfront area in glyfada and would recommend if you could absorb their nightly rate,

The resort itself is gorgeous, the rooms are very high end, and the butler service they offer is highly attentive and they were able to fulfill all my requests, ranging from a reservation at the Michelin restaurant in the Astir Palace to getting me into an exclusive nightclub last minute. I don’t offer this compliment lightly by any means. The beach is gorgeous as well, I didn’t get to take advantage of it though because I was there in March and the temps were in the 60s (f) and 15 (c).

Its really One and Only in Athens!
I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at this incredible hotel, and it completely blew me away. The rooms are stylish and high-tech, with high ceilings that make them feel even more spacious. They really thought of everything, from the hats and umbrellas to the lovely outdoor area. The bed was huge and super comfortable, and the ventilator was a fantastic addition, keeping the room fresh and pleasant. The bathtub was another highlight—modern and luxurious, just perfect for a relaxing soak. Every little detail in the room showed how much thought went into it, and the warm welcome gift was a lovely touch that made me feel truly appreciated. The breakfast was outstanding, with so many high-quality and luxurious ingredients. There were fresh fruits, gourmet pastries, and delicious hot dishes—something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start the day and added another layer of indulgence to the stay. We had spent three nights at the Four Seasons before coming here, and honestly, this hotel was on another level. The thoughtful amenities, exceptional comfort, and impeccable service made this stay truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for a blend of comfort, style, and luxury, this hotel is definitely the place to be. I will be visiting One&Only again.
