A Gem of a Riad!
This is a gem of a riad in the Khasbar area of Marrakech. The local street is fantastic - great little cafes - Marana was fantastic for fresh meat skewers and a Moroccan salad. Karim and all the team at Almisk were genuinely hospitable and may our stay so comfortable. Breakfast was great and served on the roof terrace till 11. Great little sun spots on the terrace for afternoon chill time. The room was amazing (number 1) on ground floor and decor and tiling first class. We loved it and would definitely return. Hot air balloon flight was one of my best experiences yet - Morrocon Dream Balloons - bit more expensive through Viator but worth the extra for a truly professional experience. Quad biking for 3 hour trip was great fun too! So much to see and do! Location of the riad was perfect - you won’t be disappointed. Don’t be tempted to be too central - noisy at night. Take a warm jacket for the evenings and early morning.

This property is located just 2 minutes walk to historic mosque and a short walk (7 minutes walk) to main square. Staff is amazing and each room is decorated beautifully. You have to see this place from inside to appreciate its beauty. It almost looks like you have walked in a movie set… we throughly enjoyed our three nights at this property and will visit again.

Beautiful property. The room was very comfortable and had a nice sitting area with a couch and chairs. Lovely details (water, tea, rose petals). We had a beautiful tea ceremony welcome on the room deck. They accommodated an early breakfast before we had to leave for an excursion. Didn't have an opportunity to use the spa but it looked beautiful. Quick walk to one of the bigger mosques in the city. Would love to go back!

The surrounding area is within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat. The food at the Riad was amazing. We ventured off to Casablanca and the hotel we stayed at was a 5 star and still didn't compare to the Riad. A must stay!!

We red reviews prior to our booking so the expectations were quite high but I admit that the experience of this hotel by far was exceeded. The quality of the hotel, the magnificent breakfast and the wonderful staff were more than we could hope for. If you are planning a trip to Marrakech, this hotel is a must.
