This property was unique in its lack of internet connection (it is the year 2022 and there are thousands of properties with connectivity around it!) and in its inability to work with a customer to make sure the customer leaves happy. I booked 4 nights through Expedia. As soon as we checked in, i found out that there is internet only in the public lobby. Ok (maybe) for the weekend but not in midweek, when i have to spend hours on work zoom calls. We had to move to another place after the first 2 nights. The hotel refused to refund the other 2 nights directly to me or through Expedia (Expedia contacted them to check). Umbria is a wonderful place with so many excellent hotels and B&Bs. There's no reason to book this one.
