Meh.
Not remarkable. The hotel is clean and styled as boutique but all that means is everything is decorative and tiny. There are no frills or amenities. The evening cookies were not available one hr after they were made available, and the touted morning cinnamon rolls were not ready at 7:45 a.m. and at 8:30 it was clear they had just come from the fridge as they were icy cold. Lastly, they need to install towel bars in the bathrooms. They provide a single hook. All pretty pretenses but no real comfort substance.

We only stayed one night. The staff is very warm and polite, very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby and the common space definitely has its charm. We loved the private beach. Con: A construction recently is going on across the road, which might add some noise. We also found that a choice for dining is limited if you prefer walking. But in all we enjoyed our time at the inn and definitely plan to come for a longer stay.

This was a very clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of the bay. The bed was fairly comfortable (although a little firm for my taste), and all the staff were very friendly. I loved the view from the Blush Restaurant rooftop, but I’ll be honest, I had 1 drink which wasn’t that great and was definitely overpriced. That is my only negative comment for this hotel.

Excellent overnight stay
This hotel was new last year and still in pristine condition. The bed was comfortable with good-size pillows. Service at the rooftop restaurant overlooking the lake was friendly. We appreciated the cookies in the evening and the fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls in the morning.

We had a very nice stay at the Alexandra Inn. The rooms are clean, balconies overlooking the east bay were ample size for two and the amenities are good for a smaller hotel. The beach was nice although there are no umbrellas and the lounge chairs are not super comfortable. We would stay here again!

The inn is lovely! It is right on the beach and close to all of the local attractions and entertainments. My room was comfortable, cozy and elegantly appointed with everything I could ask for. The view of the lake and the night sky from my balcony were amazing.
