Not too bad, could have been much better
The WiFi was good, hot water was available and the location not too bad. The entire hotel was way too dusty, what is the use of advertising that the rooms have a balcony if the balcony is inaccessible because of inches thick layer of dust! The room service people were nice and sincere. However, from top-down, there appeared to be an attitude of "managing" an issue rather than fixing it. For some TV related issues the staff had to be called 3-4 times. The cold water tap in the room was non functional. The suggestion I got from calling the front desk was to turn off the geyser for cold water. How would that work out when someone wants to take a bath? Thankfully, a room maintenance staff handed me a bucket and a mug but it was still an imperfect solution. The blanket/comforter was way to light and thin for the Jan cold. Lastly, the cafe offers some delectable food, but choices are extremely limited and the overpriced.
