Nice Hotel Hidden Parking Problem
Hotel Ok, food is decent for a free breakfast, typical entry eggs, bread station and pork sausage cereals etc. rooms nice and clean. View not great, college dorms across street. Took a few calls for room service to bring more pillows before getting response. Real problem is Parking. They do not have parking on premises and use an outside service concierge and the hotel charges $35 per night that they do not publish or advertise. To add what felt like insult to injury in order to have your required car retrieved you must offer a tip online to proceed to th next screen and retrieve you car. Will not be staying there again.

Conveniently located and comfortable
The hotel is relatively new and in very good condition. It is conveniently located and we enjoyed the extra room in a studio suite with two queen beds. Parking options could be better (there is valet for a fee) and a garage a block away.

This is a newer hotel that is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. But it is in downtown Towson so parking is in an adjacent garage ($10 for overnight self park). There is also a very small area to pull up and unload so that is a little incovenient if you have a lot of stuff. Whole Foods just steps away and a wine store across the street. The gym is great! Very spacious and clean with tons of equipment.

Great Hotel-but pet owners beware.
The hotel is very comfortable and our room had a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The free breakfast was fabulous and fresh. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive. Our only complaint was the $75 pet fee which was not a transparent charge when we booked. We have traveled extensively with our dog and NEVER had to pay a fee at a “pet friendly “ hotel.

Perfect for family!
We were in town to visit my son in college. He and a friend joined us for the night. We had a spacious and clean room. Our stay was short but comfortable. The gym was nice too. The only inconvenience was one elevator was running. We were on the 9th floor. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of places to shop and eat nearby.

Stay here if you have kids!
The rooms were large and cozy and quiet. It had a little kitchen area that was perfect to keep food for my kids. My kids loved the pool even though it was freezing outside. It was close to Whole Foods and Raising Cane which the kids appreciated. Breakfast was really good as well. Highly recommend this place for families.

I really thought our room was nice but the parking situation was very frustrating. It was hard to ascertain where to pull on initial arrival. The self park was too far away in my view & actually very expensive for self-park.
