Very good service. Staff is friendly and fast at resolving any issues. Water runs hot, kitchen available. Beds can be a little close together so maybe bring earplugs!

Overall an affordable and acceptable option for lodging if you're trying to keep a low budget. Read a lot about the air mattress, I found them to be fairly comfortable. People in the rooms were mindful and kept noise down to a minimum, the staff I interacted with were friendly and nice. One thing which was misleading was that they have individual rooms, 4, 6 and more beds per room, they actually don't, they have over 8 bunk beds in each room, but I think that this is an error on Expedia's end. I didn't have any issues with my stay there, it was affordable and served it's purpose. I would stay there again.

About 1 km from metro. Mall and river park in area. Staff is not multilingual, metal bunk beds with leaky air mattresses! no locker, no individual lights. No privacy curtain for bed. No real usable indoor / gathering space. Small kitchen, one bar for eating, cushions on floor for sitting.

Mi experiencia en Río Hostel
La ubicación del sitio no está mal, las instalaciones como la cocina está bien. luego un interior muy oscuro muy mal climatizado, además el personal limpia pero los remates de limpieza de pintura y de obra no están hechos y el suelo parece que está sucio y las esquinas sucia y es porque tiene pintura y tiene restos que no se han quitado al terminado de acondicionar la instalación. Además destacar la mucha aglomeración de personas en una sola habitación, los colchones inflables. buenas para un par de días no más.,, no se descansa bien. Demasiadas normas parece que no estás pagando por por el servicio..... Me tienen que decir a la hora que tengo la apagada la luz, me tienen que decir a la hora que tengo que comer, me tienen que decir todo lo que hacer, el personal para cumplir las normas del establecimiento están encima de los clientes!! prácticamente con acoso y a demás amenazando de no volver a esas instalaciones si no acatas sus ordenes!!! Parece que es gratis....
