Everythig was okay except for the billing experience.
They billed me before arrival for authorization, then billed me again at arrival for authorization, and then finally when checking out, billed me once more. This created a lot of confusion and worry for me that I would actually be charged twice or three times for the stay.
Even though I paid for breakfast for all of the days I was there, they didn't have my name on the list and I had to go through the explanation each morning.
The billing for breakfast is also weird, which might create problems later with reimbursement from my business.
Finally, at checkout I was asked whether I had eaten a specific item from the minifridge, which I had not.
