Generally clean. Not well supplied with towels for bath and kitchen. Sparse furniture and minimal options for lighting at different times of the day/evening. Great location for beach access. Good restaurant close by. But very noisy with loud music in neighborhood.

The property was clean! It was so close to Seven Seas Beach. We didn’t get a rental car. There was a nice restaurant on the beach and one next door. We walked to Las Vista Cafe… amazing! Ubers were available. The place has sunscreen and bug spray which was great. Only had a mini fridge.

This place is EXCELLENT. Great little place right across the street from two amazing beaches, mangrove forest, and bioluminiscente lagoon. There are many places to eat within wallking distance. The studio is very spacious, clean, quiet, secure and private. When you first arrive, they had a nice welcoming music playing and had a warm welcoming scent. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again.
