Not the hotels fault
The check-in was fine. The staff was very accommodating. The room was fine. Bed better than average. Got to sleep and then it all turns bad. Twice in the middle of the night the fire alarm went off. About 20 minutes between the two. After the second alarm my mind wouldn't relax while waiting for the next alarm. Checked out at 3am. While nice about it, the staff reminded me it wasn't their fault. Granted, but it wasn't mine either.

We arrived at 11pm from a long drive. Immediately realized our television wasn’t working and called down to the desk. We were told to restart the television and it should work. It did NOT work. Too tired from traveling we decided to speak with desk in the morning. We went down for breakfast and again were told that we needed to unplug the television and that there wasn’t maintenance available. So we went back upstairs and again it didn’t work. Also there wasn’t any hot water available…we were DONE at this point and checked out. Never returning to this location. I will say the staff was exceptionally friendly.
