Fabulous experience! Greeted and welcomed at the door, loved the hospitality. The breakfast was delicious, danish bread and cheese were faves along with the strong coffee. The house is beautiful and the room big - we stayed in Miss Emily’s suite. Far above staying at a hotel - host was very knowledgeable about the area, and we loved that they brought the Netherlands into the experience too. Definitely 5*, highly recommend.

Dutch Treat
This is a very nice B&B located conveniently to the attractions around Kerr Lake Reservoir . It is owned and operated by a couple from the Netherlands who sprinkle a little Dutch into the breakfast. The house was a pre-civil war Tobacco Plantation home. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and Martin, our host was very attentive and helpful. I would rate it a very good value

The property was very well kept, and Martijn was attentive and gave me a lot of information upon my arrival. We did not get to fully experience our stay at this lovely place. We weee suppose to go to a rock festival but it got cancelled. The owners were very kind, sweet and caring. They went above and beyond to get us to stay but we were just too disappointed not going to the festival which we had been looking forward to for a long time. It had nothing to do with the stay. I was reallllllly looking forward to their breakfast!m and sleeping in the beautiful room they provided us. If I ever visit Clarksville again, that’s where I will be.
