I've been living outside the capitol for 12 years, Enjoy trying new places when doing business downtown and recommending the ones where the staff is helpful, friendly and supportive. I did not find that to be the case here. This hotel seems to be about making money, not building good relationships. Sad. Good news is there are places like Arnels in Jalatlaco where you'll be treated like family. :)

Over all my stay was plesent. Dispite having a cnfusion when I got their our room was assigned to another person. The compamy made a mistake which they solved by sending an email with a new code for anther room. I was a little disapointed because the room we were assigned to begin with had a window. The window would of ben helpful because it was really hot and more room ventilation would helped make our stay more comftable. It would of been nice to have a window in the room it felt cloustrophpbic. It was very home inviting the people in charge were pleasent, welcoming, and polite.

No está tan cerca de zócalo como lo ponen en la descripción, la habitación que me tocó es calientísima, la relación calidad - precio no corresponde, el precio es muy elevado. Fue mi última opción y la verdad no volvería.

Carlo fue una persona muy atenta y cordial que nos apoyó en todo momento. Lo cual agradecemos mucho, lo único que nos afecto en la estancia fue un sonido de un sistema de presurizacion del agua que nos despertó en la madrugada y no nos dejó dormir por una hora. Ya horas después Carlo nos explicó que estan tratando de arreglar ese detalle. Ademas de eso, todo muy bien, una excelente ubicación y económico.

Muy maravillosa experiencia
Me encantó hospedarme en este lugar. La señora Lucy hace que la estancia sea en verdad maravillosa, su amabilidad y hospitalidad sin igual. El cuarto muy cómodo, solo estaría bien colocar película film mate en las ventanas para mayor privacidad, y dejar las persianas libres. También un tapete a los pies de la cama estaría muy bien y la conexión de internet mejorarla, por lo demás no hubo ningún problema, tenía todo lo indispensable así como acceso a la cocina. La ubicación es ideal ya que podía desplazarme fácilmente y también tenía el mercado de comida atrás, si regreso a Oaxaca seguro vuelvo con ustedes ❤
