Fernando, as per his account the manager of the property, was rude, unprofessional, threatened with calling the police if our car was not off the premises by 11 am. We cleared the room at 8 am in order to visit a museum and asked as a favour to check the car off the very small, filthy garage, filled with boxes and all kinds of items that should not be stored there in the first place, when returning at lunch. Fernando was offensive, did not resolute even when we asked for his supervisor, he said he is the supervisor, negotiated with another client a half hour later room check out for an extra $20, was annoyed by everything and made sure to sour the day of the few clients that wanted something from him that morning. Disturbing discussion and not permitted inflexibility for a customer relations representative. The management should reconsider their employees as the hotel might become the least desirable destination for clients. The person on duty the night before was very nice, friendly, helpful and all expected. A supervisor, such as Fernando claimed to be, should be everything like it multiplied by 10 and not the opposite. Anyway the parking space is strangely small, neighbourhood is noisy, and i will never recommend this property to any decent traveller .
