Beautiful with need of improvement in service
Place is absolutely beautiful, just like in the pictures. But service need an improvement and the English knowledge among staff is very poor. Staff is friendly and trying to assist when they can. The room cleaning was the major issue. Only 1 of 13 nights our room was automatically cleaned after setting the "clean my room sign" despite very few guesys. All other days we had to ask for it. Adressing the issue to the hotel manager did not make an improvement. The most unforgivable thing was leaving the door half open after cleaning one day with all our valuables being in the room. Would actually recommend to pay just a little bit more and stay at Amber hotel for the best holiday.
