My Experience at this Hilton Property was a huge let down the staff was very poorly trained and staffing levels during the busiest time of year where low putting it lightly. High End Hotel with Friendly Staff & Amenities
This is truly a 5-start hotel with excellent (English speaking!) service and amazing amenities including two pools - one that is reserved for adults only. There are two main restaurants, one with more traditional food and the other with more seafood, both are excellent. I did have one issue which was that there was some noise from a party I could hear in my 7th floor room but the reception accommodated me to move to a different part of the hotel where it was quieter.

We stayed 4 nights, and the furthest we went from our room was the beach in front of the hotel. Had the jacuzzi suite with a huge balcony overlooking the beach, incredicble views. The food from room service was excellent, maybe next time we will make it to a restaurant. My favorite hotel room ever, and goung back in a few months!
