Excelente ubicación, muy buen desayuno. No pudimos ver Tv, la señal era muy pobre.

Como en casa :al llegar Antonella nos recibió de la manera más familiar y nos suministró toda la información que requeríamos conocer. El desayuno es muy bueno e incluyente pues tienen ingredientes bio, sin gluten y para veganos. Las habitaciones cómodas y la limpieza perfecta. La ubicación del hotel muy cercana a la playa. Su amabilidad, su hospitalidad y buenas disponibilidad además de ser un hotel amigavle co el ambienteby con un gran sentido de incluisión, siempre lo recomendaré .. todo su personal súper amable: Antonella, Cristina y los demás que no recuerdo su nombre

I’ve used hotels.com for many years. This is the first hotel I have been to which hotels.com accepted the booking and took the money but when you get there it’s actually closed for refurbishment. We had traveled all day only to find it closed when we got there in the evening. The staff did make contact but stated that we the customer should be phoning first to check if the hotel is still operating. How hotels.com and every other travel site in the world works is that every hotel on the search results is bookable otherwise why would it be on the search page. So assuming every hotel listed is actually open then you never need to phone the hotel to check are they open for business. The entire point of the website is to make it easy to book. If the hotel is closed all the hotel manager needs to do is login as admin on hotels.com for their hotel and simply remove it from the search. This would mean you’d have no customers which will find your hotel closed. Not sure why the hotel thinks the customer needs to phone and check every hotel they book is still operating after making the booking. Sorry for the bad review but if it was so easy to avoid this issue I would not be complaining. Please login to hotels.com and remove your listing so no other customer finds you closed and also to avoid further bad reviews.

In all honesty, due to a system hiccup, they couldn’t host us as they hadn’t yet reopened after the Covid 19 quarantine period. They placed us into Hotel Villa Adriatica’s care (sister companies I believe). As we didn’t actually stay at Ambienthotels Peru, I can’t rate it. I’ll simply say that the receptionist (Daniela) took care of us with the utmost of professionalism and award winning service, sharing not only info to/from the other hotel, but also getting us the room for the same price. If the rooms, ambiance, food and location of Ambienthotels Peru is the same as their front desk service, they deserve full marks across the board.

I could'nt fault this hotel.Everyone of the staff were excellent.It's close to the beach, the main shopping street. I would use it again no problem.

Disappointing experience from the minute I walked in. Old hotel, old room, bathroom horrible. There is no shower. They call a shower a shower curtain placed by the bathroom door as you walk in so you shower between the door-sink-toilet in a very small place. The room door also has some curtain on it. Worse hotel I've ever been to but paid the highest amount while in Italy. I stayed at 3 other very nice and modern 4 star hotels in Rome and Venice but the 3 star in Rimini was the most expensive and offered horrible conditions. Don't recommend it to anyone.
