I asked for the room I reserved and showed the young lady that I paid for a king size bed room. The lady crystal would not give me the room I paid for. The Hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and addressed all our concerns. My daughter really enjoyed herself, the rooms was absolutely beautiful. We are looking forward to staying there again.

The pool was discussing. Ask the front desk if there was a problem with the pool, as it was dirty. They said nothing was wrong. Shortly after there was sign stating the pool was closed for cleaning. It was not available for the duration of my stay.
