The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the local area is lovely and you can walk to all the main sites. The only let down was the breakfast, especially if you get there from 9.30am onwards. We would definitely stay here again.

A great stay at Eurostars. Exceptional reception with friendly staff who welcomed us very warmly. The room itself was very clean and had all the amenities required for a top class hotel. Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. The room was a good size as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet with no external noise. Only thing missing was a staffed bar area. There is a lounge area where free tea and coffee are served and you can buy cans of beer but i feel even though there are bars close by, you dont slways want to leave the hotel so this would be a good addition.

Would be much better!

We have stayed one night in different rooms with my friend. Firstly, it was very difficult to adjust the temperature of the water for shower but it was only for my room. Also, there is no free water in the room, when I told them, their answer was strange because they have free coffee and water at lobby but it is not logical to leave bed and go first floor when I need to drink something :) (water exist in fridge and not expensive but i didn’t like that there is no free water in the room) Last thing, elevator has no safety check like laser control for the doors, if you are between it can be closed. It has to be fixed. But breakfast was really good!
