Perfect stay.
Rooms very clean, staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. They even prepared us a packed breakfast since we had to leave early in the morning. 4 mins walk away from bus and train stops. Very close to puskas arena. The only thing is that the bathroom needs a good renovation but still spotlessly clean. Will surely return if I come back to Budapest 😁

4 night stay in Budapest
We stayed in Hotel Benczur for 4 nights in Budapest. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a good location. It is close to the city park which has attractions such as the Szechenyi baths, Budapest zoo, Vajdahunyad castle. It is also a 10 min walk from the subway which can take you further into the main city in about 20 minutes. The hotel itself is old and dated, but the rooms were relatively clean. The air conditioning was a bit unreliable which was sometimes uncomfortable. The breakfast was good and overall the value of the hotel was decent for the price.

Nice weekend break.
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the bed could do with replacing in room 114. Had a problem with the TV in our room but was very quickly sorted out thanks to the gentleman on reception. Breakfast quite repetative its ok if you like scrambled egg's or hot dog sausages, there is also a choice of cold meats and cheeses and fruits. Drinks are cheap in the bar,can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel and the bar was cheaper than the bars outside in the city centre. Very friendly staff through out the hotel. Despite a couple of issues YES I would stay at this hotel again. Short walk for the city bus tour stop and also the metro.
