It was ok.
The location is great. I dont feel there was any service in that hotel. U have to pay for all the service such as u have to pay another 98 rmb if u check out after 12. The room is ... I will say it was "ok" it's just a bed to sleep. I guess u get what u pay.

Non air circulating basement room.
This room did not have any windows, felt like i was in a basement. I do not reccomend this type of room.
It was clean, staff nice and friendly . But room itself was stuffy, and hot.

THIS HOTEL IS A TOTAL SCAM!
They claim that their computers are down so they can't find your Expedia.com reservation. They tell you to pay them directly and they will report to Expedia.com to refund your money. But then after many months of trying to get a refund, they deny that it happened. And no one speaks English so it's extremely frustrating and time consuming to get Chinese friends to help you fight for your money.

Not a bad hotel, but overpriced
This is a 2/3 star hotel. Nothing to write home about. Not bad, but it's overpriced. Should be closer to $40, not $60. Hotel staff were professional overall but had problems figuring out how to copy a passport properly.

Nice hotel close to the US Embassy
I went there from the airport. It costs some 60-80 RMB from T3. The check-in was smooth. I left the lights on during the night because the window-less room feels a bit depressing. Other than that, everything is good!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
The room was like a sauna and even though they kept the lounge and the halls cool, my room was too hot to even sleep. I actually kept the door open, but locked, throughout the night. The shower head didn't work and the lady behind the service desk was very unaccommodating. I actually booked a NON-SMOKING room but they put me in a SMOKING-ROOM and told me that couldn't switch me because there were no more room available.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

generally it's better than other 3 star hotels
location is good, room facility is good. as my room was on lower level, i can easily hear the noisy lobby at night and in the early morning, for their group event.
only thing i want to complain is the bugs in my bed. i slept at around 8pm (too tired), then woke up at 11pm, still everything good. but my feet and hands were bitten when i found out at 3am. till 3 days , can still find about 6 places on my body.

Good value for money hotel
Close to subway. Reasonably priced hotel with pleasant rooms and food options available (extra cost). Staff very helpful but conversing in English made getting our message across difficult at times. Restaurant and shopping centres nearby.

highly recommended
Location was reasonably walking distance from Liangmaqiao station of Subway line 10. It has a big fx sign on top of the building so you won't miss in despite being situated in a minor street. Even the random taxi driver from tiananmen square knows how to get there. Staff are very friendly and was able to speak decent English to accommodate basic needs.

The room was great; the bed was soft by Chinese standards. The internet didn't work; even after asking for help. Call girls kept sliding their cards under our room door which we didn't appreciate.

Get a window room even if it costs more
2-3 star at most. Hotel smells a bit weird and seems to be have a lot of smokers. Restaurants are run down. Rooms severely need renovation and paint. At one point I found call girls ads outside my room door.

Great location
Overall good for a short stay. Windowless rooms are hard to tell if it is morning. Very clean for a hotel in China and the amenities are excellent such as potable bottled water and minifridge. Staffs' English is workable but limited so if you need greater details just walk over to the nearby Four Seasons or the Kempski hotel for better English. Beware of the prostitution cards that fall out of your hotel room door (this happens a lot in Beijing). Proximity to the subway is a major advantage. However, Beijing's subway is a hassle to use of itself. The subway stop is one stop away from the airport express that leaves for Beijing Capital airport.

Not bad!
The hotel is located conveniently near subway. Only a few staff members speak English. The room was not that bad. I would recommend this place for its location. The safe in the room wasn't working which wasn't a big issue. Other than that no problems.
