There is a $15 resort fee charge. The place is not a resort at all. Not even a hotel. It is a motel type just like Morel 6. Although it says pet friendly, when you get to the so called "resort" there is a surprise fee of $30 fee for each pet. The charge with hotels.com was $64 but we ended up paying more than half with the resort and pet fees. I'd say keep away from this place.

Basic, cheap hotel
Very basic, cheap hotel. "Breakfast" was a single bowl of eggs, a few pieces of bread, and packets of instant oatmeal all shared by all guests.

My wife slept well as I sunk to the middle of the bed. Pool was empty and all resort amenities were unavailable. Breakfast buffet was disappointing. Some upgrades are needed here.

The property tried to hold back my reservation money. When we went to check in, there had been no electricity for a numerous hours. We asked if we could cancel and the receptionist said we could. He said he would approve the cancellation once Expedia contacted them. We left and stayed elsewhere. Expedia made numerous attempts to reach out for our reservation money refund and they kept dodging the calls. They never intended to refund my money. Finally someone from Expedia customer service helped me get my booking money back. The place looks quite spooky. This is by no means a resort, but a typical roadside motel. Do not stay here. The business does not seem to be run ethically.

2/10 Poor

This is not a “resort” in any way. It’s a motel. A dirty, old, unkept roadside motel. There isn’t even an actual parking lot. A small trailer park seems to share the same property, as it’s so close, and there are dilapidated sheds and cars behind the building. It didn’t feel safe to walk the couple hundred feet to the restaurant. The smell of dust and stale mixed with Indian food hits as soon as you walk in, and there isn’t one welcoming thing about the lobby or the rooms. Everything is drab. The towels and bedding are ancient. I’ve never had worse pillows. Our bathroom very obviously wasn’t cleaned - there were sandy footprints in the shower and dirt on the floor. The deadbolt lock on the door was broken, so there was a cheap chain lock instead. We woke up to no power, and when I asked the front desk (the owner?), she shrugged and said, “it happens.” Thank goodness we only spent one night.

This hotel sits outside of the main area of Bryce Canyon City, which makes it quieter. The motel could use a remodel to upgrade. The restaurant was expensive and services was slow.

Property is old and showing it in several areas. Shower had some mold where walls meet the tub. Shower controls are funky and required instructions to operate. Lighting is not great once curtains are pulled. The room/bathroom are showing their age and the place is due for some renovations in order to keep up with other properties. Beds were getting long in the tooth and have a distinct low spot in the middle of them. Wont likely book here again due to age and the bath issues unless they do some updating.

We forgot the earphone in the room and called the hotel. The staff said they did not find that. But we can locate it is still inside the room with the phone app.

It wasn’t really a resort, more like a renovated motel, could use a but more renovation. Wonderful family owned business, kind and professional and hardworking. The other issue was whenever the room next to us would close their door it was so loud it would startle us awake. It’s in a great location for convenience for Bryce. Otherwise it can use some improvements for the price and claim of a resort.

This property is not well cared for. The "view" from our cabin was of a mobile home park and a trailer park, complete with trash scattered on the ground. It wasn't filthy, but the cleaning had only gone so far, e.g. the tub was clean, but the shower surround was streaked from many showers. Bathroom is very small with almost no counter space. The roof was in bad shape, the outside of the whole resort is in bad need of refinishing. One of the screens was missing, so impossible to use that window. The landscaping was neglected; cabin had zero charm. All told, though the nominal room rate was $224, we ended up paying just shy of $300/night. Felt like a bit of a rip-off.
