This was a last minute decision after a late night tire problem.... On New Years Eve!! We checked several hotels before deciding on the suites... Amy greeted with a big smile even though it was close to midnight and end of her shift! Rooms were really nice clean and comfortable... Ours had the river look balcony!! Ours children's room didn't but was still nice! Would love to stay again!! And will plan for any future trips through Idaho Falls!

This hotel is one of the Very Best I’ve Stayed at in YEARS! Clean! Friendly & Courteous Employees ! The Beat Coffee… may be better than Starbucks! The beds are so Comfortable you may not want to leave! A full kitchen with dishwasher and the hottest shower I’ve ever had the privilege to take in a hotel! If EVER I am back in Idaho Falls I will definitely book again!

Everything was good except the in-room coffee. Weak and terrible. For some reason hotels put no thought into having decent coffee available for guests in the room. No excuse because it's easy to fix. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location close to downtown.

The room was really nice but the recliner bare functional. After two back surgeries I look for hotels with recliners since I cannot sleep on a flat surface. I barely slept all night. A recliner with infinitely adjustable would be an asset to Candlewood’s reputation.

I liked that there was a walking path by the river but it was right in front of some empty lots so I didn’t want to walk too far down the path! The rooms were clean and spacious and the full kitchenette was nice! It was close to shopping, food and downtown!
