Bathroom ceiling leak smh
As soon as we entered the room the bathroom needed to be used after a long to from Virginia, however, ALL 3 of the occupants got water dropped on our heads from a leak right above the toilet seat. Took maintenance over 30 minutes to come then another 30 minutes to try to fix meanwhile None of us could get ready for our family meeting as the bathroom shower was held up as a result. So we were late arriving for our family day smh

Staff was friendly and hard working. Condition was average, could hear the customer above pacing the floor every morning at 6 a.m. waking us up. Room was always warm and humid, had to open the window slightly as comfort control wasn’t working properly. Lighting in bathroom sink area was inadequate. Bed was not comfortable and pillows quite thin.

The staff is wonderful! The room was clean. This particular hotel NEEDS to be updated. The carpet is frayed in spots and old. A bit of a musty smell. Not enough to make me leave. The price does not compare for a equal Holiday in in Centereach NY. That Holiday Inn is much nicer same price. I expected equal.

Food quality was mediocre, and unfortunately, they gave key to my room to someone during the night while I was still there sleeping ( said it mistaken for a guest at a neighboring motel - unbelievable) Guessing they were overbooked, first two nights had no parking available. Was told to park in entrance by the curb and grass. Hotel was very clean and reasonable in price.
