The best service I have received during my stay in Kumamoto. The room is very spacious and clean with public bath with amazing view of the city. The cleaning service visit every day to make sure the room is tidy and equipped with sufficient towels. I would definitely stay again in this hotel if I were to visit Kumamoto.

This was an excellent hotel stay for our family. The hotel is very quiet, clean, and the staff was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend for families with small children (though be aware the spa is a no-clothing spa). The location is near a walkable street mall and public tram stop.

I have stayed here a few time. This time I tried the spa. Absolutely fantastic! I slept really well after a visit to the spa and sauna. The staff were very nice and helped me get a taxi each day. Since I have been learning some Japanese and trying to speak it they seem more friendly. Except the breakfast guy he’s all business lol

Stayed here a few times. Room is spacious with a shower. No coffee you will have to go to 7/11 and get the all in one coffee cup (sandwiches there are amazing ) Didn’t try the spa not sure how welcome naked old white guys are. The staff seem to be uncertain about having a white guy in their hotel. They are nice but speak softly. All in all you can’t go wrong with this hotel. The covered streets just outside are something to experience.
