Bed bugs!
I was in room 119 that wasnt properly cleaned upon arrival, then i tried to move past the few things like food/drink marks left on the table. Then found a eyelash in the bed from the previous visitor along with my bed having bed bugs in the bed. I reported the issue to the night shift manager James who said okay they could move my room. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing in regards to the bed bug issue or the room not being cleaned. Then james provided me with a key to another room we had a king size bed but we had to downgrade to two queen beds do to availability. Walking into the room the room is a mess and bed are taken apart so the room wasnt cleaned from the previous visitor. I go back doen to the front desk to tell James at which he huffs and says i will look at this next room before sending you to it. When speaking with the manager on shift he explaine dthey would offer no comp or refund due to having to downgrade my room for the bug issue. I did ask for a manager on day shifts information to talk to someone about the issue completely unacceptable the way the matter was handled. I provided pictures of 2 of the bedbugs and second room key that had a mess in the room. Overall would not recommend if youre looking a cleanliness stay.

This property is certainly worn and shows age. I believe it’s past the point of cleaning and just needs complete room makeovers with “new” interior finishings. The staff was absolutely some of the nicest folks (all staff day, night and morning crew) they deserve to work at a place they are proud of. I wouldn’t recommend or return to this location.

Room had smoke smell, and staff would not enforce no smoking policy. They moved us to another room that was not cleaned. Couch had stains and carpet had stains and tears. Staff was most helpful except with smoke issue.

I had the worst stay at this hotel. The hotel and room were filthy. My feet stuck to the floor in the bathroom and even the toilet seat was sticky. There wasn't a tv remote or hairdryer in my room. But the worst part was the key card reader only worked a few times during my entire stay. So i had to either go to the front desk or sit there and swipe the card over and over and hoped it worked for every reentry to my room. This was after they "fixed" it for me. I wouldn't stay at another Comfort Suites if they paid me.

Ok for price.
Overall this was fine. Not great, but fine. We only paid 119 for it, so we were not expecting the world. The tub coukd have been cleaner though. We only stayed overnight. If we had been staying longer, I woukd have complained. There was scum on the shower head, handle and faucet. Needed some bleach in the bottom of the shower too. We just didnt use it.
