Go somewhere else like the hampton inn next door.
I checked and was given a room. Went to the 5th floor and key would not work. Came downstairs and was given the key to the wrong room. Than got sorted. Then realized there was no shower gel. They brought me shower gel. Got into the shower , tub was dirty and the drain would not drain properly. So, i was in the shower with water pooling around my feet. It was not good.

Room incorrect
I actually liked the hotel, but I booked a 2bdr suite to sleep 5. When I checked in it was so late the kids were exhausted, and we soon realized it wasn't a suite leaving 5 adults and a nine year old to sleep on two beds. They originally had switched my room, now wondering if I was accidentally downgraded.

The property is trying to upgrade, but quality control needs to be better performed. we were not able to turn the headboard lights off when we attempted to go to sleep. someone from the hotel had to come up to the room (after we got out of bed and dressed again) so they could take a part the headboard and unplug everything including the clocks and phone chargers. Common spaces were dirty and had trash on the floor. Shower drained very slowly so you were standing in standing water. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others

Negs: -The receptionists were just chatting before acknowledging the guests. - there was only one functioning elevator. -One of the key cards doesn’t work. -bathroom rod was about to fall of the wall due to missing screws. -the wall where the window is located was painted partially. -the indoor pool area had a lot of mosquitos and not well lit. Pos: -The breakfast was pretty good and the area was clean. -stairway was accessible. -The check-out was seamless.

Great place to stay!
This place was great. We had a full kitchen, a kitchen table to sit & eat, a living room with workspace & TV along with a separate bedroom that also had a TV. The one thing that really surprised us was the jacuzzi in the corner of the living area. We had thought that was part of the pool area so were very surprised that it was in the room. The breakfast here is also amazing and the staff very friendly.
