Everything was great… except: I chose this property even though it was much farther than other hotels to the place we had to be everyday. I did so because it was listed as having a jacuzzi hot tub. This was important to me because my son was playing in a tournament and needed to be able to soothe and rest his tired muscles in the hot water each night. As it turns out, the hotel doesn’t really have a hot tub. It is just a small pool that is the same temperature as the big pool. While it’s not cold, it definitely isn’t hot. I feel very misled by the amenities list.

La experiencia fue terrible, hace unos años este hotel era muy bueno, sin embargo, primero me dieron una habitación la cual no servia la calefacción, se filtraba el agua por el ventanal lo que hacia charcos de agua en el piso de la habitación, me cambiaron al primer piso, segun una habitación silenciosa, resulta que todo el tiemp martillando en la habitación de arriba, hable a recepción y la señorita ni caso me hizo, aunado a que la climatización de la alberca no servia. No lleguen a este hotel antes era bueno hoy nefasto y su personal más.

Me gustó mucho el Hotel y el servicio, el desayuno es muy amplio con varias opciones de comida y todo muy rico, limpio, los meseros, la Hoster muy amable., lo único que es que le encontré un poco detalle en la ventana de mi habitación le faltaba un poco de vidrio por el cual se filtraba el aire y el ruido, pero con la persiana que tienen se cubre todo muy bien!
