Amazing location for family holiday
A great location overlooking the sea & village run by a nice family with cute little kittens around the place, nice buffet breakfast with choice of cooked food, pastries etc. Lovely pool area but just be aware these are apartments and lots of families with children stay here, great if you have kids but if you are a couple looking for peace & quiet/ relaxation, this may not be the place for you, especially at school holidays. Although mornings were nice & quiet at the pool

Best place in Tolo
Pictures don't do the Panorama justice! The views are great, staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and the pool and surroundings are very well maintained. We are a family of 5 and had a great stay. Only gripe from kids was that the breakfast could have been a bit better.

Beautiful view but hotel needs update
We had a one-bedroom apartment with an amazing view on the 3rd floor. Most rooms seem to have a fantastic view. The pool area is very nice. The rooms do need updated. The coverings on the couches were very worn and faded. The bed was very hard as were the couches. The fixtures in the bathroom did not work well. The shower would shoot the water up in the air if you were not careful. We had a one-bedroom apartment that could sleep 4 but there were only 2 of us. There is only one closet with 2 drawers in the entire apartment which did not give us enough room for 2 people. There was no place to put our suitcases, no shelving in the bathroom to place toiletries, no hooks or towel racks to hang any towels or clothes. If we were more than 2 people I do not know where everyone would put their clothes and personal items. The kitchen was sparsely equipped and had no dish soap nor dish towels or sponges to wash your dishes. I don't think it is proper to have to buy cleaning supplies to keep the dishes clean. There is maid service everyday but the maid does not do your dishes. The breakfast was very scant compared to the other 4 places we had stayed in Greece.

Lovely hotel
Stayed at the Panorama Hotel for two weeks from 9 - 23 September with my husband. We arrived very late but there was someone there to meet us and show us to our room. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is only a small hotel of about 30 rooms and whilst we were there the hotel was about half full. Beautiful clean pool with plenty of sunbeds. The rooms were basic but adequate if you need anything - ask. The bathroom was very modern with a lovely shower. Room 26 was on the same level as the driveway so we were able to park our car outside our door. The view is amazing, there is no other word for it. The walk to the town and beach is about 5 minutes down a steepish hill and the climb back up, for some with mobility problems would be hard but for anyone fit and healthy it is not difficult we are in our 50's. The only thing which lets the hotel down is the breakfast. I enjoy continental breakfasts, this is basic and did not seem to get replenished very often.
Out and about - I would recommend the boat trip to Hydra and Septese which is lovely. Places to eat: during the day Nellys Bar does lovely reasonably priced food and it right on the beach, in the evening the Panorama Restaurant in Tolo is a very nice family run restaurant. There are other places to eat in Tolo and the Taverna just along from the Hotel is also very nice.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quite holiday in a beautiful part of Greece. We will go again. 2 hours by car to Athens

Loved this place
I totally loved this place. My family and I stayed only one night and I wishes I could have stayed longer. walking distance from the beach thi hotel with a beautiful view made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. the owner was friendly and went above and beyond what we expected. We even ate dinner at the hotel and may I say we bought 2 bottles of red that are normally really expensive but since they were local wines we got them pretty cheap. the foos was great the pool really nice and the bar had a variety of drinks. the owner even hunf out with us at the end of the night and had a glass with us as my family and I played a few games near the bar. our room was very nice and clean with an ocean view. i was amazed on how well maintain this family operated hotel was. he even did some landscaping to make sure no room was no obstruction to see the wonderful view. breakfast was good. Not the best but good and a good variety. i would have perferes fresh orange juice but I guess Im just playing the devila advocate because it was all good. One thing is make sure you take the turn while in the city if you miss it go back and take it or else you would have to go around and lets juat say that street is very dangerously steep for unexperienced drivers. Overall I loved this place. the staff was really friendly and you can evwn have breakfast and drinks outside overlooking the sea. At night the view is spectacular with the moon's reflection over the sea. I will definitely recomend this.

Great view, close to Nafplio and Epidavros
All rooms have a view on the bay. Staff is very polite, the breakfast was very good and generous, and the room was well appointed. The hotel restaurant had a very limited menu, but everything we had was delicious.

Nice family hotel
The family room was perfect for our family of five (3 kids under age 10). Pool was great and hotel was a short drive to the beach. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, although the buffet options did not change day to day. Room was clean. The beds were kind of hard and the shower was small and in need of maintenance because the doors did not keep the water from spraying the rest of the bathroom down. The views from the private balcony were breathtaking! The hotel could use some updating, but overall it was a great little place for some quiet relaxation!

Panoramic Views
The Panorama hotel is a nice family owned hotel up the hill from the beach. The room was a decent size, and the small kitchen allowed for us to prepare small meals. The best things about the rooms is that the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom was clean, and the patio is large. The only complaint for me is that the beds are small and hard. I slept fine on the mattress but if you have trouble sleeping on hard beds this is probably the hardest one I've ever slept on in my travels. The view from the Panorama is beautiful but it comes at a price. Panorama is located up the hill from the beach and requires about a 5-10 minute hike up from the beach (the last climb of stairs is quite strenuous). This hike didn't bother my wife or I as we are in good shape and don't have kids. Also we enjoyed being away from the noisy beach atmosphere at the bottom of the hill. If you aren't in good shape and have small kids this may not be the place for you. Otherwise the rooms are clean and priced at an unbelievable value (compared to the islands), the staff are friendly and helpful (they organized a few taxi excursions for us), and each room offers stunning views.

gorgeous place with extremely helpful staff
II truly enjoyed our stay. We had A one bedroom apartment with all amenities for cooking. The apartment was spotless. The view was incredible overlooking the small islands. This hotel offers the most incredible panoramic views as the name suggests. The entire building is very nice marbles floors a lots of flowers. During our trip to Greece we stayed at several hotels but this one was by far the best. In general Greek hotel owners are very polite and present. And the people running the panorama are an outstanding example of the Greek hospitality and reliability. I actually forgot something and they contacted me to ask me for address to send it to me! Breakfast was included and the buffet was very good. Coffe juices pastries hams and cheeses. Several types of bread eggs and I am sure I am forgetting something. The patio outside next to the pool where we have our breakfast offered spectacular views. We arrived by car but although the hotel is on the hills it actually is not at all far from the beach. It took me 4 min to go down to the coastal street in Tolo and 6 min to come back and I am not very young. The swimming pool was crystal clear and of docent size. All rooms have large balconies overlooking the see. The grounds are very beautifully landscaped and maintained. Planning to come back for longer stay. Easy drive to Naphlio, ancient epidavros and even Mycenae. Not to mention that Tolo itself is charming.
