Room was dirty, smelly, and door lock didn’t work, beds were not pet proof, cat got into base under box springs, I had to remove mattress and box spring to retrieve my cat, asked for different room, lady at front desk got rude and said sorry that’s the only room we have, also admitted they knew the lock didn’t work, very unsafe 😡

A week earlier I had left a brand new box of shoes in the room, by mistake.. I called lost and found at the hotel 3 days later and spoke to a lovely lady named Jennifer.. mentioned I was coming to the hotel in one week to stay again on trip back.. my shoes were at the front desk waiting for me.. honest and caring staff.. our room was a suite with king bed.. just lovely.
