Everything was great, really, exept for check, and after the first nice. All in the same place: the reception: which is a bummer since it’s the first thing you encounter.. when we arrived we said we booked the room for 2 nights, showed them our reservation and they, in return showed us we have only 1 night but promised it will be solved. They refused to contact hotels.com for further info, and they insisted they only have 1 night but since we showed them our reservation they said it was ok. This took 45 minutes. The evening, sure enough, the room was locked and they said that we only booked the room for 1 night, even though the reservation was for 2 night! We had to contact hotels.com, as they refused to do so (such as customer service...) and again, 45 minutes later it was ok. Not until we raised Orr voices, had a representative from hotel.com in the line and confirm, did we not solve this issue. Very upsetting.
