Overall this accommodation is a decent place to rest your head for the night. The rooms are decent. Not many thrills or frills. The breakfast was limited but not bad. The front desk staff were really nice. Parking would be outside the property.

Disappointed overall. The most noisy of all properties. They're renovating but will not block rooms, we had no choice but to put up with the noise thorough out. The breakfast was the same, cold and same throughout. No hot water in the shower. Just not a good stay, rather be elsewhere

Nice place to stay for a few days!
The hotel is comfortable, you can walk to restaurants, cafes ext. they have an excellent restaurant. It’s small so make a reservation. Breakfast is ok, front desk staff Franco, Alan & Leonel were very helpful.

A small and cozy Hosteria with friendly staff. Great service before/during our stay. Great location and a nice onsite restaurant also. We loved the courtyard and the separate sitting room with fireplace.

This hotel has a great potential. Pro: Prime location. About 30 mins walk from the bus terminal. 15 mins walk to lake nimez. Beautiful property with a courtyard. Friendly staff and very helpful. Clean and comfortable bed. Provided 2 firmness of pillow. Con: Drain at the shower didn’t work properly. Water at the shower raised to the level of the back of my feet within 30 sec( when I was testing the right temperature for the shower) I reported it to the staff after the first night and I saw him brought a repairman to tried to fix it but during my 3 nights there. The problem didn’t resolve. Walls between rooms are extremely thin that you can easily hear the whole conversation from the next room. I would highly recommend to bring your ear plugs. Breakfast was very basic which I think they could still keep the cost down by simply displaying the limited options better. (Buffet style) Had a hard time finding a clean table for breakfast if I come at the later time (8:30am-9am) Would love to stay here again if they could fix those issues. (Especially the shower)

Pass. It’s definitely a cute concept and very pretty on the outside. However… The rooms are so run down and pretty bad. My room had a toilet that never stopped running. I let front desk know and their solution was for me to open the top and pull up the lever each time I flushed. The next day, they said it was fixed. It wasn’t. I actually think they did not really send someone to fix it. The shower doesn’t drain while you are showering. I had water higher than my ankles, gross. I had to wash my feet in the bathroom sink after my shower. The shower also had a lot of mold. The towels are course and thin. There were SEVERAL parts of the wall of the room where the paint had lifted. The key is an old school skeleton key which was very pretty but huge and not practical. I would have liked an interior lock on the door, even though I know El Calafate is an extremely safe place. The breakfast was not fresh. I could not bring myself to eat the breakfast. The young lady at breakfast had such a bad attitude at all times. The front desk attendants were very, very nice and helpful. There are beautiful gardens all around the hotel. The hotel is in a prime location, walkable to some many stores and restaurants. We rented a car and parking was free and easy.

loved this little hotel: clean, cozy, right off the main street, very friendly, helpful staff. Our favorite part was the delicious restaurant where we chose to eat 3 nights in a row!

Great value for the price
Staff was excellent. Dinner at their restaurant was also excellent; great food and service. Very nice location near the main street. Rooms clean but a little small. Bed confort was only ok. Internet was slow. Would stay there again.

The employees of the hotel were very helpful. Only downside is that the beds were very uncomfortable I think the price I paid wasn’t worth it. But it’s high season for tourism and a last minute booking so no choice.
