Beautiful resort
We love the resort, the large rooms (premium room) with veranda and access to pool, gardens and beach! The beach is clean, the pool area beautiful and staff very friend! The breakfast buffet an offers a large range of delicious food and it’s a nice way to start the day! We have been here many times and will come back for the nice setting of the resort with beautiful gardens surroundings! Outside the resort are many small restaurants with local fresh food ( An Phuc at the corner to y, as owners are very friendly and food delicious. Close to Mui Ne and Phan Thiet, from where you can take a bus or better train to Saigon.

unexpected noisy stay, not amused
The location is nice, the Bungalows are comfortable. But the hot water is not enough to fill the bathtub which also took more then 1 hour. The special request for breakfast (Avocado, Mango) was rejected with the argument "no season". When i went to a nearby street market it way easy to buy. Another reason for this everage review is the very noisy sound check whole afternoon and the live music for new year. It was not possible to sleep before 1AM. As a Spa beach retreat it is not acceptable for me.

The rooms and pool was excellent. The beach was wonderful but there was more garbage than I would like to see. Outside the property there are some good local places to eat and drink. Just perfect for couples vacation. The only thing you need to be noticed about is that you can not walk safely from resort to Mui Ne where most of restaurants are located. But the good thing is that you can take a taxi from hotel for around 50000-70000 VND to reach Mui Ne. (Not the fishing village, that is about 200 000 VND)

The resort staff is very nice. Great private beach. We had problem when checking and found out the second room is on a second floor with a very steep stairs. We asked them to open the sofa bed so my mom can sleep on since she couldn't get up the stairs. They insisted that we have to pay for the "extra" sofa bed. We told them this is not for an extra guess. It's because we couldn't get up to use the second room. It took almost an hour for the receptionist to call her manager to get the approval for the "free" sofa bed. So ridiculous.

Poor service and will not come again
We had booked massage and SPA st the hotell but when we arrived they could not deliver the service we had pre-booked. As compensation they offerered us a discount NEXT time we would come. It is not going to happen. Overall poor handling of an issue. One would expect that is the staff is sick they would get a replacer. As we only stayed for one night and especially picked this hotel for the SPA and massage it was a complete waist.
