Front desk attendant was not rude but not friendly when I checked in. Didn’t really care for the pillows. They are half the size of normal pillows. Other than that everything was fine.

Very clean and breakfast was really good!
I had made the reservation on line just mintyes before walking in and it was already in their system. Check in was quick and the woman at the desk was very nice and told us a good place to eat. I will say that due to the humidity it caused the tile floors to be very slippery. I am not sure if they were to wipe the floors with clean water to take up some of the floor cleaner if this would help.

Staff at front desk was nice. Entrance seemed clean. Went up to my room and with a quick glance seemed fine. After checking the bathroom and moved the door a baby roach emerged. I DO NOT do roaches. I quickly gathered my things and headed back to the front desk. Explained the situation and he stated that they are brought in by guests. I requested a refund. The next day I called and spoke with management and was told they already issued the refund. Almost a week later and that’s not the case. Stay away from this hotel if you value cleanliness!!

the room we stayed carpet had a mold smell. The carpet was wet to the touch. whoever shampooed the carpet did not vacuum the water out of it and it smelled like moldy, dirty mop water. We had to buy air freshener and spray the carpet the whole weekend we were there.

The front desk guy was nice and professional. The room appeared to be clean and was pretty comfortable. The reason for my low rating is because the common area of the second floor smelled strongly of urine the entire time. The room was clean the people were nice but for the price i would have expected a lot more. Pillows were small and horrible, like what i would take on a backpacking trip. The bed was uncomfortable but the sheets were clean. Breakfast was decent for the most part but the biscuits and gravy should be skipped.
