Bad customer service.
The TV wouldn’t connect go any apps or play regular TV. Tried for half an hour to get it to work. When I told the person at the front desk he laughed. I asked if he could give me parking free to compensate for not having all the advertised amenities of the room, he said no. and laughed again. Not the best customer service skills.

The changed of hotel made my stay the worst
The hotel is amazing. If I wanted to stay at the Hilton, I would have booked it myself. The cost of parking was not expected and the pool was packed as if it was like being in the public pool.

Hotel not the same
I stayed for one night and I was not happy from the beginning. I stayed her 3 months ago and left some items worth over $100 cables and chargers. They told me to come back anytime they will hold it for me. I arrived and asked for my belongings and the front desk was making comments that were unprofessional. I followed up 6 hours later and there was a note at the front desk saying they don’t have my things. They also lost some service that I usually get including a welcome text asking how everything is and if I need anything. I did not receive a text the whole time I was there and that was odd. I didn’t even get the courtesy of someone giving me an apology for not having my belongings when they promised to hold them for me. I hope they can make it right, otherwise I don’t think this will be my first choice to stay here.
