My hotel room was average. View not so good. Breakfast buffet was okay. Walking distance to both Oviedo and Santa Fe malls. Can also walk about 20 minutes to Lear’s Park. Affordable Uber rides to all the must see sites. Staff were nice and helpful.

Novelty Suites- excellent
First time staying at Novelty Suites and was pleasantly surprised. Staff and service is outstanding. The included breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of goods, including omelette or scrambled eggs with lots of goods to put in it. Hotel restaurant was excellent too and they have 24hr room service. Location is fantastic next to carrera 43a and Oviedo mall

This hotel has of the best views of Medellin from its top floor restaurant. However it's underutilized, and had about half the wines on the wine list during the 8 days I was there. So sad it's not been promoted and is almost an afterthought by management. Could be one of the best small spots for lunch, dinner and nightlife in all ofMedellin. The location is as good is it gets, just 2 blocks from. Orvieto mall, a10 minute walk to the Santa Fe mall and right in the middle of the Golden Mile, Medellins best area.

La actitud de casi todo el staff fue ruda, les hace falta una capacitación de servicio al cliente y profesionalismo desde la mucama hasta al restaurante, tienen cero buena actitud los de restaurante, (solo la recepcionista y el que te ayuda con la maleta son muy lindos) la verdad no me sentí segura ahí, en el desayuno una chica del personal metió su cuchara directo a la olla del caldo para comer directo de ahí, lo bueno que me cambié de hotel y lástima por que las instalaciones son muy buenas

Novelty Suites was one of very few hotel options that could accommodate our family due to the space we needed for our 3 children. The hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient due to its proximity to many shopping & dining options, and pickup locations for tours & attractions. The breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed the fresh fruit, made to order omelets, and soup. The room was a little cozy, but overall we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. I would recommend this hotel and we would certainly come back and stay here again!
