From check in I had problems, inefficient staff, impossible to be served food after first morning at breakfast I had to go outside hotel each morning for breakfast. I had all my means outside this hotel due to staff incompetence. The shower cubicle was very dirty. The room very noisy unable to sleep until 3 in the morning. Service generally for everything was so bad

The last time I stayed here was 8 years ago. It is very clear that they have cut down on a lot of things - starting with the big roses pot in the lobby now some cheap flowers. The room amenities used to be Bvulgari but not anymore. It could be country’s economic situation etc; But it was very different this time.
