not horrible but not the best
The elevator was broken so must go up the stairs. If you want your room serviced you must tell them 24 hours prior. Breakfast attendant was rude to my daughter over a mess she did not make but someone else did and she thought it was my daughter instead. Another incident was they had little hot cocoa packets for guests right beside the coffee. Along with vanilla coffee creamer. I asked my daughter to use one squirt of vanilla creamer in the hot cocoa she was making me. Someone that worked at the hotel approached her and told her that she was NOT to use the vanilla creamer for hot cocoa, as it was only for the coffee. With how I drink my coffee I would have wasted way more creamer if I were to have coffee, making it like 2/3 cup of creamer with 1/3 cup of coffee vs literally using ONE PUMP of vanilla in my hot cocoa. I felt this was a little extreme being that out of the 2 weeks we stayed there we only even ate the breakfast maybe 3 times... So it wasn't like we were burning through the hotel supply. They only supply 2 hotel towels in a 2 bedroom room and in order to get fresh towels you have to take your used towels down to the front desk, where they inspect the used towels. If there is any stains, you are charged. Then they will give you new clean towels. However you only get back what you give in. So trying to get a 3rd towel was a hassle. My daughter ended up using my bath towel after I would shower. Which to me is a little crazy when your paying for the room.

This hotel was a complete bust. Not only was the room expensive, they charged my bank account $250 for a smoking fee! We don’t even smoke!!! I called them several times to complain and get my money back, but no one helped at all. They wouldn’t even return my calls. Never staying at one of these hotels again!
