The property had my reservation for several months. They even sent me a text the day before the reservation for me to check in. After traveling all day, they weren’t even open. The parking lot was empty and a handwritten sign to call to “check in” led to a number that would only text and not talk on the phone. They offered to send me another hotel but I’d have to pay for it. Expedia made the situation right
