Very happy with this hotel, the service and cleanliness. Stopped in on a long road trip for one night. Good dining options close by even during COVID.

Very disappointed with our stay at Residence Inn by Marriott Morgantown. We were given a handicapped room (which was not a concern) however the tile in the shower was filthy and the bathroom light continuously flickered on and off. We requested another room and were given another handicapped room (due to the rest of the rooms being booked). While this shower looked clean, hairs were found in the bedding. If my husband and I did not have a nine hour drive the next morning we would have left. Cleanliness is a priority, especially during Covid, and this hotel was nothing short of dingy and unkept.
Due to covid19, pool and hot tub areas were closed. Disappointed, however, they did comply with state regulations and was happy to see that. Very friendly staff. Definitely would recommend this place!!
The rooms were not properly cleaned. Hair in the bathroom and pet hair on the carpet everywhere. The sofa bed that my daughter stink. We only kept one day reservation and canceled the other day.
The hotel was very well maintained - COVID19 safety requirements all in place. Breakfast was good - pre-made options which we could bring to our room. Only unusual thing was that there was not daily maid service for the room (i must have missed that in the booking) - front-desk was able to provide a set of clean towels when needed (delivered to room). The staff were ALL very professional and quality of the hotel and space was very clean and well maintained.
It’s a great location for anyone staying to visit the hospital. This was the 4th time I’ve stayed there for reasons related to medical visits. I was however a little put off by the state of the shower this time, which had mildew, soap scum and dust build up going on. Considering the COVID-19 outbreak it made me worry what other things were overlooked with cleaning. The front desk staff is always super friendly And helpful. This time had up glass shields and offered hand sanitizer. They even offered to sanitize my cards after they used them at check in.
Unable to get in the guest WiFi. Room wasn’t clean. Decor is very out of date. Had to wait over 10 minutes to check in since no one was at the desk.
Room was not ready at check in. The king bed in our room was horrible, desperately needs to be replaced.
