People in my room already!!!
I got my key and opened the room to find it already occupied by a man and woman. I couldn’t believe it, my colleague more or less had the same. I complained at reception and may as well have been met by a robot who offered us free breakfast. Unbelievable, then as a silver member with hotels.com I tried to talk to someone to get a refund and leave as the lady at reception point blank refused. Between the hotel and hotels.com there was not much difference. Rubbish service. They would have both had AI if they could the penny pinchers. No manager on site which I am sure breaches health and safety. No clue or idea these kids had at reception. Clueless and lost when it came to an issue…we are doomed.
