Best hotel of the trip
Upon check in, the woman at the front desk, Catherine, was exceptional! She was so nice and very friendly and told us all the information about the hotel. She also let us know that the hotel supplied coca leaves to make tea with to help with altitude sickness. She also gave us a map of the city, and spoke very good English. When we got to our room there was a small gift basket with some chocolates, coca candies, and bottled water. The room itself was very nice and the shower is amazing. During our stay we had an issue with our toilet and they sent somone right up to fix it. All the staff is very nice, including restaurant staff. Would definitely book again next time I'm in Cusco!

6/10 Good

This hotel it is a 3 stars. Cookers Kenny and Veronica were very good and their calabaza and chicken soup were the best!!! Very clean and bed is good! The building it is very noisy!! You can hear she people are using the bathroom. Also they have a roof top and when they have party it is very annoying and very loud! The staff are very attentive and they have airport service too. Each one of their staff are amazing!! It is 30 minutes from the Plaza Mayor by taxi.

Great breakfast.
The hotel was simple but the bed was super comfortable. Washroom was basic. Breakfast was great, you got eggs, avocado, fruit, OJ, tea/coffee, and bread with ham and cheese. Hotel was located in a quiet area.

Ayni Cusco is a great place to stay.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable and we had a good time. The room was clean and well set up. Everything appeared to be relatively new. The breakfast was buffet style and had a lot of choice but you had to make sure you got there early. We had dinner there a couple of times and were happy with the food. Surprised that the room had a jacuzzi

I loved the restaurant and free breakfast; dinner was delicious. Front staff were very helpful. The hotel has beautiful views of the city below. Only downside: noises carry throughout the rooms (barking dogs outside, doors slamming, etc).

This hotel is great! It is clean and more modern than other hotels in the city. It even has a restaurant on the second floor and a bar on the rooftop. Breakfast is included and tasty. The only downside is that it is kind of far from the historic center. We stayed here on our way back from Machu Picchu, so the distance didn’t bother us as much since we already stayed in Cusco on the way up. It’s worth staying at if you don’t mind being a little further from the main city center or if you’re just passing through!

I am extremely satisfied with my start at ayni. The staff are helpful and always look to help you as much as possible. The best part of the hotel are the rooms, the beds are comfortable and they come with nice warm blankets for the night colds. If this is not enough there is an great heating system inside the room. The bathroom is clean and with new appliances. The hotels has a buffet for breakfast that is nicely suitable for all tastes. I did not have chance to try they rooftop bar, but what I saw in the mornings is a nice play to spend during the night with the city. Overall I recommend this place.

Loved the view, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room beautiful. It's up the hill from town but there's a bus for 1 sole each which is well worth getting familiar with. Use the app Moovit, has all the bus schedules.

At arrival we met John, who is a true asset to the Ayni team!!! Coca tea was made while our paperwork was completed, then we had a carafe of hot water, bottled water and chocolates were sent to our room. Room clean and comfortable, everything is new. Breakfast first day was made to order, second was buffet. The only drawback for us was that it was father from the city centre and needed a taxi to meet with friends.
