Aamiainen piti kuulua hintaan mutta ei ollut tarjolla. Soitin ensimmäisenä aamuna, ihmettelivät. Pyysin, ottamaan yhteyttä seuraavan aamun aamiaisesta olisiko tarjolla. Ei tullut puhelua/viestiä eikä aamiastakaan ollut tarjolla. Ei anteeksi pyyntöä ja korvaus tulee kuulema myöhemmin. Enpä usko. Siis ei uusinta vierailua!

Hotelli Uninen, Kotka
Epämääräisistä järjestelyistä ja osin ristiriitaisista etukäteisohjeista huolimatta majoittuminen sujui hyvin. Huone ja yleiset tilat olivat erittäin siistit ja tarpeisiini ja odotuksiini nähden viihtyisät. Pitkä miinus harhauttavasta mainonnasta: hotellin nettisivun mukaan parkkipaikkoja on hotellin välittömässä läheisyydessä. No, olihan niitä mutta vain sellaisia joissa maksimi parkkiaika oli kaksi tuntia. Jos saavun autolla hotelliin niin haluan tietenkin parkkipaikan jossa voin pitää autoa koko majoittumisen ajan. Plussaa sen sijaan hotellin puhelimitse saadulle asiakaspalvelulle. Hinnaltaan tämä oli palvelutaso huomioiden melko kallis.
