Disappointing Experience That Doesn’t Match the Price
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience fell well below expectations — especially given the price point, which is considerably higher than many nearby alternatives.
To start, the TV wouldn’t connect to my mobile device, which was frustrating since I often stream my own content while traveling. Even after contacting the staff and involving IT support, the issue remained unresolved until 2 attempts with IT lost a day in between.
The dinner menu offered very limited food variations, making it repetitive and uninspiring, especially for longer stays. On top of that, room service was consistently slow, taking 30 to 40 minutes for even basic requests, which significantly impacted convenience.
One of the biggest disappointments was that the fridge in the room didn’t even cool, making it useless for storing drinks or snacks — something I expect as a basic amenity.
Overall, for the premium price being charged, the hotel doesn’t deliver value. There are other nearby hotels offering better service, food variety, and functioning amenities at a more reasonable cost. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless improvements are made.
